Cancellation policy

Please send your cancelling in a written form directly to:

Hotel am Viktualienmarkt, Utzschneiderstraße 14, 80469 Munich or via eMail to reservierung@hotel-am-viktualienmarkt.de

Please notice your reservation number. You can move your stay 48 hours before arrival without costs to an available alternative date within the next 6 weeks.

A cancelling without substitution without costs is possible until 7 days before arrival. After that we calculate 80% cancellation fee of the complete booking-price, if we can’t rent your room to somebody else.

When you must cancel because of the Corona-pandemic (we need a proof) it’s possible without costs until 1 day before arrival.
These are the preconditions for a cost-free cancelling:

• You / your accompaniment is infected with the Corona virus (we need a proof)
  
• Our hotel ist located in an official high-risk area at the time of your arrival.
  
• You / your accompaniment is coming out of an official high-risk area.
